What’s included in the service
As it is a tailored service, we start with collaborative assessment. The goal is to clarify and align on the problems worth solving. It also means that you will have to make decisions in eliminating the noise and we will help you organise everything else into a structured people backlog.
We will immerse ourselves in your environment, interact with your people and experience first hand your culture. It shall be followed by the creation of your people backlog and its prioritisation. We could start addressing quick-wins with available programmes (e.g., trainings, workshops, team building, etc.) to gain momentum while working with our experienced team of coaches to craft longer engagement.
We take action and iterate with plan-do-review.
